Nebraska Electronics Inc. was established in February 1979 as a coil winding and assembly company in Omaha, Nebraska. As the need for contract manufacturers of circuit boards and circuit assemblies became apparent, the company expanded its focus to meet that need. Currently, Nebraska Electronics provides a range of services, from assembly, testing, to full turnkey operations for our customers.

In 1989, Nebraska Electronics Inc. started doing business as Electronic Design and Manufacturing. In order to better meet the needs of our customers, EDM enlarged the engineering department and began offering re-engineering, design and development services.

In May of 2004, EDM celebrated its 25th anniversary by moving to a sparkling new building to help continue our growth as a contract manufacturer. EDM’s new 50,000 sq ft ESD safe facility allows us to better meet the growing demands of our customers and provides ample room for future partnerships.
